Lyman Dennis, PhD, principal, provides services in procurement of grants and contracts, project management, analytics, artificial intelligence, reporting, administration, and consulting.  He led the research and evaluation unit of a consulting firm, growing it from himself to 30 FTEs.  He developed a software certificate program for UC San Diego Extension and taught there.  He provided courses for a private software developer.  He has been involved in a wide range of healthcare consulting.  As a senior executive, he managed a health information exchange, several healthplans, and information technology in several healthcare settings.  He has had a role in strategic planning for two healthplans and various clients.
